Black Semi-formal Dress with Sheer Pleated Skirt

Black semi-formal dress. EUC- only worn a few times. Fitted around bust. Skirt is loose, sheer with pleats. Polyester-spandex blend - super comfy with stretch. Size 4 but runs a little small around the bust (I would recommend for a size A or B). Dress measures 27" from under the bust with lining about 2" shorter. I'm 5'2" and it hits about an inch past my knee.
