Black Sequin Dress (SHORT-Read Description!)

Cute Black Sequin Dress. I actually bought this a while ago from another posher but it is super short and barely covers my butt which is why I'm re-selling. I'm 5'4", 34C chest, average butt? Haha. I usually wear size 9 in dresses and this fits everywhere else except for the length. The dress is 30" long measured from top of shoulder to bottom of dress (as seen in the last picture).
