Black Sequin jacket or shirt. Snaps closed with decorative buttons. Probably vintage, Saks Fifth Ave label only. Size is probably xs or s, is fitted with stretch. Lining has some discoloration but you can’t see it on the outside. All sequins seem intact, in great shape.
