lulutoes So cute! 2 questions: -is the fabric stretchy? (Knit) or is it woven? -Does the shawl front come untied or is it sewn permanently? (I assume the whole shawl is attached to the dress- just wondering about the way it looks at the front.)

2dressyjessy @lulutoes good morning. It is a cotton jersey knit the scarf pulls together into a center ring. The Shaw is permanently attached, but will pull in and out of the center ring material. I will try to get you a picture. Thank you.
