Black Sheath Cocktail Dress - Will fit a small frame like a GLOVE!

NEVER WORN - WITH TAG STUNNING, black “lightweight scuba” material with unique pattern. I bought this because I fell in LOVE with it and promised myself I’d lose 10 lbs. just to wear it. But that never happened and it’s been sitting in my closet. I got it at TJ Maxx in the Runway section. There’s no label, so I’m not sure who makes it, but if you’re tiny and you need a black cocktail dress, you will die for this! It’s perfection!
