Black Sheath Dress w/ Lace Cutouts

Black bodycon dress with a higher neckline and lace cutouts at waist, concealed zipper on back. Flattering, but still conservative enough for a work event or reception. Would be great with a classic statement necklace. Would best fit sizes 0-2, though the entire dress has some stretch to it. Could be a mini dress depending on height.
