Black Sherri Hill prom dress

Worn once for maybe 3 hours, originally payed $700. Alterations to halter were made, there are a few snaps on it so you can go shorter or longer with the length for the neck. It’s a dress size 10, i’m 5’4 and 130lbs for reference.
