Black Short Theory dress

Black collared dress hits me mid thigh (I’m 5’4”). Very lightly worn, no damage. Fabric is warm, a wool like feel, but softer without the itchiness. Not sure what the size on the tag P/TP means? I am a 4-6 and this is a bit snug on me at the waist, but fits my hips just fine
