Gorgeous piece can be dressed up or down, zipped up or open. Black with black beading throughout. It’s in excellent condition no missing beads… But there is not a size tag. I am marking it as medium based on the measurements. Wear this formal with long full skirt or as I did with jeans. Super cute on!
