Black Silk Tunic - Dress

Cute, soft silk tunic-dress with slightly shorter sleeves (not quite a 3/4 sleeve, but runs a little bit shorter than some sleeves), elastic smocked wrists - very easy to push up the sleeves and have them stay in place, an attached, adjustable scarf-tie collar, buttons in the front, and pleats in the back. Very flowy and comfortable. Easy to wear over leggings or pants. It can dress up a casual outfit. Great for work when you want to remain comfortable but still look pulled together.
