Black & Silver Metallic Floral Velour Skirt from Gantos - Size XL

Gently worn velour skirt in black with metallic silver running thru it. Floral pattern. Back slit. Elastic waist. 90% Polyester/10% Spandex. Note: The elastic band on the front of the skirt rolls out when not being worn. When on the waist, however, it flattens out. I can see no reason for this, but wanted to disclose it.
