Black Simple Sparkly Formal Dress Tulle

A very simple black dress with some “oomph”. The top is a patterned with some subtle sparkles. There is a “belt” that’s stretchy around the waist. Fits like an A-Line dress but can work for formal occasional. Tulle material for the bottom part. It’s a size 0-2 and fits comfortable for 2’s. I’m currently a 4 and tried it on and it fit nicely but was a little tight from the belt. Worn once for a cocktail party so it’s in like new condition.
