Wore this lovely dress for my 19th birthday party and to a valentine's date! Needless to say, it can be worn for just about any occasion! The back features a cutout back and a racerback strap style. Very flowy when you spin, and is stretchy/high waisted in the middle. Princess by Vera Wang. Waist - 13in across (unstretched) Length - 36in to 40in (high low cut)
