Black Skirt from Lane Bryant

Little Black Skirt from Lane Bryant. It has a black liner skirt with a lace netting overlay, cute & flirty! The lace is longer than the liner to show off the detail. The closure is a zipper with a small hook at the top. It's previously worn, but in excellent condition. Size 20W 25" long, liner is 22", so there's about 3" of the lace netting overhang. Waistband is 18.5" laying flat.
