Black Skirt w/ one pleat on each side front & back

Black Skirt size Med with 4 belt loops which could be used or not. There are 2 pleats in each side just over leg on both sides of the skirt front and back. No zipper just slips on - 67% polyester, 30% Rayon, 3% spandex. 17” waist from seam to seam w/o stretching (stretching 22” seam to seam stretched) - 19” from top of waist to hem. Soft & comfortable skirt - no stains, pulls or marks
