These are (I believe) all cotton thigh high socks. They fit my feet just fine, but if you have never worn fully cotton socks before, I warn you that they stretch out a little bit while you’re wearing them. Where you might wear a poly blend for 12 hours with no particular stretch problems, cotton socks might start to feel a little baggy in around the ankles. They snap right back after washing, though! For reference, I wear a size 8 shoe and I had no trouble with these fitting my feet even though they might seem like they measure a little small (at about 7 inches from heel to toe.
