Black "Sophie" Dress from Portland designer GARNISH--XL

Very stretchy, black cotton/lycra blend dress made by local Portland designer at Garnish. The dress can be worn in several different ways: off-the-shoulder, cowl-neck; ruched waist with a knee-length hem. Very flattering on all body types. Fits a size 12-16. People live in this dress and buy the same dress over and over -- as comfortable as pajamas. XL
