Black Sparkly Ruffle Dress

Black sparkly dress with sequin and ruched details around bust. Sparkly section at the bottom frill is all intact and part of the sheer material (not sequin). Stretchy material, very comfortable to wear. Only flaw is a loose string in the back of the dress that is simple to fix if you just tie the string up and cut excess. All measurements are flat (stretchy material) Armpit to armpit: 11.5 in Shoulder to hem: 28 in Waist: 11.5 in
