Black, Sparkly, Velvet Dress with Low Back

This dress is incredibly cute. It's a fitted mini dress in black velvet and is bedazzled. The gems are very securely attached to the dress. It has a gorgeous low back in a deep V shape, and has a black velvet band running across the top to keep shoulders in place. It has shoulder pads!! They are very subtle but only add to the beautiful silhouette of the dress. The sleeves are fitted to the arms. I am 5'4" and the sleeves come to my wrists. This dress is best on petite frames. Never worn.
