Black Spinel faceted earring in sterling

Black Spine earrings faceted so the stones catch the light beautifully. Sterling marked 925 see photo. These are 1 1/2” long from top of hook to bottom of stone. They are a perfectly match to the black Spinel ring that is also listed. They are not Onyx as Onyx can’t be faceted. Black spinel is a rare stone and commonly mistaken as black diamonds and is consider a precious stone. They have a hardness of 8 on Mohns scale.
