Does this have adjustable straps? And what size would best fit a B/C cup. But Iβm usually an XS/S for bottoms.

I know for me personally it looks good in med. the top is alittle loss around my boobs Bc my top is smaller and bottom fits good but Iβm usually a medium-large so I could go larger other then the torso on the large is too long for me lol so Iβm missing the boobs in the med hahah
