Black Stripe A Line Dress

Gorgeous unique dress with black knit top and patterned woven skirt. Waist does not stretch and measures 13.5" across. Hidden side zip. I wanted to love it, but it's too small on me. Will throw in necklace pictured for free. Never worn. Great condition.
