Black Suede Flats Kids/Small Women's

I have very small feet and sometimes wear kids shoes. These are a pair of flats I bought a year ago and wore maybe once. They are black suede with minimal cushion on the inside and are a size 3. Brand is Link and they are from a Burke's. In my experience kids sizes fluctuate like anything else; depending on the brand I can fit a 1-3 in kids. Sometimes a 5 in women's, but I am usually a size 4 or 4.5 in women's. For better understanding of this size, my foot length is about 8.5 inches in length.
