Black Suede Leather Stilletos from the Sergio Zelcer Spanish Leather Collection These are so great I bought them in cream-colored leather, too - also for sale - check my closet for pics :-) Worn once Suede covered 4.25" heels Size 10 - I usually wear 9 or 9.5 but chose size 10 because they run small, so I marked the size as 9.5 - I don't think these would fit a true size 10.
