Black Swan Emerald Green Boutique Detailed Blouse

This top is very soft and features lots of eye-catching qualities. The main fabric has textured spots throughout, there is embroidery on the neckline and the back, and the back features pleated chiffon. Its color is emerald green as shown in the first few photos of the listing. Originally purchased from a small-business boutique. There is one spot on the front where the pleats are which had to be sewn, shown in the last photo.
