New with tags but both areas of the armpits are torn at the outer layer. No stretch at all. I found out by trying it on and my bust area is far to big for it. Beautiful greens, blues and some dark blown in a velvet like texture. The layer under is a black cotton, approximately 7 inches shorter and very light.
