Black Swim Dress with High Neck Mesh Top Size 30W from Roaman’s

This is a black swim dress worn only 3-4 times. It has a very comfortable top with pads sewn in opposed to having to adjust/ take out during wash and folding. The waist under breasts is a control top like tightness. It absolutely makes it sliming and lovely to wear. I linked the sizing measurements from Roaman’s website in pictures. The top is mesh along collarbone and back. The top layer does flare when in water and will drift.
