Black Swiss Dot Top with Pom Poms

This top is super cute and in great shape! Only worn a handful of times years ago. I just dont wear it anymore so I would love to find a new home for it!! Adjustable spaghetti straps, slightly cropped fit, cute little hanging Pom Pom fringe on the bottom and a little tie on the neckline at the top! It’s a chiffon-y type fabric with little Swiss dots on it :)
