Black Swiss/Polka Dot Smocked Top Top

This garment is secondhand to me, so I don't know it's history before me This is the perfect summer top, full stop. There's no branding on the inside of the top so I don't know who it's from! The whole top sans straps is smocked, so it's stretchy and accomodating. Measurements: Bust - 33", measured flat Length - 9", measured flat Smoke free home. I have cats, but clothes are laundered before shipping.
