Black TMG dress

Black dress with tag that says t m g made in USA and New York. It has no size on the tag and no interior wash tag, but it's a heavier cotton, it seems to be a size, small or medium, very stretchy, lots of give and lots of life left. Looks like it hasn't been worn much at all.
