How thick would you say is the fabric, is it super clingy, and what is the waist measurement at the narrowest point? Thank you so much.

@image_abstract it’s thin but not see through. I would say it’s a nice t-shirt fabric. It’s a good weight fabric for summer. At the narrowest point the waist is 16” across. I didn’t think it was clingy at all.
