Black & Tan dress with sequences

This dress is amazing! So hard to let go but I wore it once and it's been sitting in my closet & It's too pretty to be. It's stretch. Has a tan under cover with black lace all meshed and some sequences evenly spread out. Size 3. I am usually a 1 or 2 and it fits but can fit up to a 4-5 too I honestly believe. ALSO has that strip on the front to keep it from falling
