does these run small or big? shoes like this depending the size (which can range from 9,9.5 and sometimes 10) can either be too tight or too loose for me

Hi! The sole material is 100% TPR (thermoplastic rubber) but it wasn't labeled as a non slip shoe so I'm not 100% but they do seem to have decent grip.

hi i was wondering if you had the measurements for the 6.5? i wear a 6.5 but sometimes a 7 depending on the shoe but i read these run larger but just to compare to some shoes i already have :) thanks!
