Black The Limited tie front blouse XL

LOVE this black top from The Limited. It can be worn tied or untied & it’s a bit longer. Not quite tunic length but great with slim cut pants! The arms are flowy with a taper at the wrists so they aren’t driving you crazy all day! Who doesn’t love a great black top?
