The foot portion on boot is a size medium, but the material is elastic, so it may be narrow if you have a flat foot. evolvingash @brendalua90 I would say the best thing to do is when you receive it to not open it. The way poshmark works is that when you receive the product(shoes), you will receive a notification asking if you accept the product. If you agree that you do, that's when you actually pay for it so technically your money hasn't been taken yet. So once you receive I would recommend to not open it until we hear back from poshmark. Hopefully this will be resolved soon. I apologize again for the mix up.

evolvingash @brendalua90 I've never returned a product on here before so I'm not 100% sure but once the shoes have arrived, under the 'My Purchases' tab there should be an option where you confirm that you DO NOT accept the product. It should either provide a return label or it will send an alert to poshmark customer service team to reach out to you.
