Black Tie Dress

This cute dress with the ties on the shoulders are perfect for any occasion. I wore this dress one time on a cruise. The pictures don’t show the color very well, but the dress is black with no fading. It is very flattering and covered very well. It is very comfortable and easy to travel with.
