Black Tie Dress OC by OC

Elegant, sleek black dress only worn once! It can be tied multiple ways so you can play with having the bow in the back, front or side. Gorgeous lace in midsection and lace trim at bust. I am 5'3" and the dress was the perfect length with heels. I am typically a size 0, but this dress is a size 2 and fit like a glove.
