Black Tie Wrap Heels

Black heels (probably 3 inch) that have a ribbon that you wrap around your ankle and tie in to a bow in the back. These are so cute and fun, but they do not fit. I wear a size 10 and there are 10s, but they are still a little too short and much too narrow. Best for narrow feet that wear around size 9.5. Never worn. In great condition. No rips or stains. Pet free and smoke free home.
