Black Tiered Maxi Skirt

Really cute, hard-to-find, full-length, tiered maxi. I’m 5’9” and it would be grazing my feet. Approx. 38” in length. The tiny colored beads really make this skirt special. They have a little sparkle which you could play up, or not. “One size” is more of a Large. Waist is about 16” across and will stretch at least an additional inch. There is also a drawstring tie waist that can cinch it in to be a little smaller. Lightweight, natural 100% Cotton. Skirt has a modesty panel that goes about halfway down I bought this from ThredUp, but it doesn’t fit me. Although there are no tags, my guess would be that it is new. The fabric does not feel like it has been washed to me - it has that stiffness. But, of course, I can’t be certain. Great condition.
