Black Top with Zipper and Ribbon Neck Detail

This top is definitely on the more dressy side. It has beautiful detail around the scooped neck and looks lovely with a nice skirt or jeans. It is in pretty good condition except that the bottom part which is stretchy has some pulling strings. Also I'm think I bought it from Target but I'm not sure the brand as I cut out the tag. It must have been itchy, lol. It does have the size tag though and it is an XL.
