Black Tulle Full Midi Skirt

Reposhing this item I purchased from @blueyevee. Wore it once for a birthday. The high rise elastic waistband is perfect for tucked-in shirts or pairing with crop tops. 100% polyester. Fully lined. Waist is 25" unstretched and 32" fully stretched. Approximately 27" in length. The skirt is vintage so it is unbranded. Listed under mod cloth for exposure. The cover photo is very similar to the skirt but not the exact same. To get the same amount of volume I wore it with a petticoat.
