Black Tulle Midi Skirt

This skirt is super fun and perfect for a special occasion or everyday use. It has never been worn and the skirt is made from black tulle over a some underskirt fabric. There also embroidered embellishments along the top layer of the skirt. The length of the skirt runs right as the knee.
