This is SO classy and dramatic! Easy to throw on and feel amazing! It is a tulle tunic, with lining starting at the waist. It is sheer from the bust, up and on the sleeves. I typically wore a black top, and it looks good. In great condition! I typically wore it with bright accessories and always feel amazing and comfortable wearing it!
