Black Tunic with Blue Shear Inserts

Black Tunic top with shirt sleeves, round neck and flare at the hem. At the neckline is a 1" shear insert of blue/grey fabric with a crystals embellishment. At the hem on the entire top, there are triangle inserts of the same fabric. Easy and flowy top, perfect to dress up or dress down. It's sized at 3x but runs closer to a 1x
