Black Tunic/Dress with Winter Scene at the Hem

Women's/Girl's black tunic which can also be worn as a dress. The material is soft and feels delicious on the skin, and is swing-y and flattering. It can be worn alone, or pairs beautifully with leggings or pants, and can easily be dressed up with earrings and/or a necklace. It's fun to wear in the Winter because of the beautiful silvery-gray snowflakes on the bottom hem at the front of the garment. The back of the tunic/dress is all black in the back. The garment has a round neckline, and long sleeves, which can be rolled up for a more casual look. The tunic/dress is made of 90% polyester, and 10% elastane. Machine wash cold.
