Black Up/Down Jersey Knit Top with Ruffle Trim at Cuff and Hem Size L?

Soft, feminine black up/down tunic size L (unknown but is similar in dimensions to a gray shirt by the same maker being sold). Ruffle trim at cuff of 3/4 length sleeve and hem. Almost sheer when held up to the light. Length in front from shoulder is 21" and length in back from shoulder is 27". Armpit circumference is 37". Sleeve length is 17". Hip circumferences are at 46". Maker is Ronnie Salloway. Unknown fabric but very soft and stretchy. Worn from occasional wear and washings.
