tiffysue74 Hi I am very concerned about this bag. There were no stains on the bag when I sent it to you . The bag was not broken or damaged when I sent it to you. Please help me understand as I answered questions in my comments that same day about the only imperfections were the minor scratches on the back. Thanks any feedback would be helpful since I have people still wanting to buy it.

serenasanchez @tiffysue74 I was just writing to you.! The bottom row and second to last bottom row of studs are scuffed :/ and there are a few spots of what looks like smeared white paint. Having been on Posh for a few years now, you will still receive your part of the money.!! Not to worry, it's just my end of "Posh Insurance"

tiffysue74 @serenasanchez as you noticed they are real metal studs and there was never any white paint on this bag. I hope my bag is in the same condition as I sent it to you in because there are people who are still wanting to buy it.

serenasanchez @tiffysue74 Yes, I just only wish that was described in the listings and/or comments because it was not. I sent photos of the seemingly white paint into Posh so it's in their hands now. As I said, you're still safe with Posh Insurance as a buyer, so your funds are still yours

Thanks so much for your gracious understanding :) I keep the bag, as I'm still wanting it, I send the photos into Posh so they keep their end of the bargain for protection when an item is not as described, so you don't have to worry. serenasanchez @tiffysue74 Lmao ma'am.... I really do not know what to tell you. IT MAY NOT BE PAINT. There is smeared white substance on various places of the bag. I won't keep repeating myself. I sent it in to Posh Support, they'll handle it as best they see fit. You said "NO MARKS OR STAINS" and that was incorrect
