Black Velvet A-Line Skirt small

Soft with a bit of shimmer in the right light. Skirt is in like new condition, worn once to a holiday party with the Willi Smith top I have listed. Size small, elastic waist, not lined. No pockets, simple A-line style. Measured while flat: waist 13" hips 18 length 24" Hits just above the knee on a 5' 3" woman. Currently hanging in a bag waiting for the right person to love it.
