Black Velvet Choker Necklace

I make necklaces for fun and always have a double in case something goes wrongs. This time I made two good ones so one is for sale! 13” long band tip to tip with the last 2 inches the adjustable loops. 3/4 inch width black velvet band. Let me know if you have any questions :)
