Black Velvet Coat

Gorgeous black velvet long coat. Fully lined with a rayon satin feel material. Coat says 100% cotton. This coat really dresses up a date nite but is not too thick or hot. It says Small inside but it can fit medium too since it is loose fitting. Slight pads in the shoulders and 2 side pockets. Length from shoulder to hem is 47”. Armpit to armpit is about 24”.
